Trade program application process

The Aquatica Trade program is only for professional interior designers, architects, home stagers, and licensed general contractors that work with homeowners on their design or improvement projects.
Documentation
At least one of the documents, stated in Q1. in the FAQ section, is required to support your application.
Notify
Our inside sales team will notify you by email within 24 hours to confirm the outcome of your application.
Confirmation
Once your application has been submitted with valid documentation, you will receive an email confirmation indicating your application is being reviewed.

Q1. Which documentation is required to support my application?
At least one of the following documents is required to support your application:
  • Valid membership to a major design organization (e.g ASID, IIDA, AIA, NKBA, IDC)
  • Interior design certification (e.g. NCIDQ, CCIDC)
  • Valid business license verifying your business in interior design, plumbing, or licensed general contracting
  • Internal applications are accepted with the equivalent of US Trade organizations
Q2. Can I place my Aquatica Trade order online?
Yes, you can place your Trade orders online, using your Aquatica Trade account number. You'll need to provide your Aquatica Trade credentials (your Aquatica Trade number and associated email address to sign in and begin shopping). You will see the discounted prices after you place items in your cart. If you are making a purchase for the purposes of resale, and have tax documentation on file, you may opt to waive the taxes on your online order. Please note that your order will be placed on a short hold while we validate the tax exemption documentation.

You may request a quote or place orders by calling our sales team on 866.606.2782 Monday-Friday 8am-8pm Eastern Standard Time.
Q4. Which industries and professions qualify for the Aquatica Trade program?
Our Trade program is offered to residential interior designers, architects, plumbers, licensed general contractors, and professional home stagers who work directly with homeowners on their home design or improvement projects.
Q5. How do I pay for my order?
For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, ACH, wire transfers, or company checks. If you wish to pay by company check, we can provide you with a pro forma invoice. Please note that your checks will be processed electronically, and please allow additional processing time for orders that are paid by check.
Q6. What is necessary for the purchase of the merchandise for resale?
If you intend to purchase the merchandise for resale, you will be required to supply a Resale or Sales Tax Certificate. Without this documentation, sales tax will be applied to all orders. Signed Resale or Sales Tax Certificates are required for each state where you seek tax exemption.
