Our indoor and outdoor hot tubs feature a choice of best of the breed materials, unique features, luxury cabinet design and effective therapy systems for both residential and light commercial applications. We have the capacity to manufacture and custom configure hot tubs made of shells from 316L stainless steel, acrylic, fiberglass composite and solid surface – each one of the best suited for its own application and use scenario.

Due to our customer unique requirements, we would normally work closely with the customers designer and/or the client to fine tune the configuration to meet the clients unique and exacting requirements.
Since we are an expert custom spa and bath fabricator, we have developed many proprietary solutions, that are not available elsewhere. Our certified electronic control systems and electrical parts are available for both US domestic and/or international markets.
We don’t sell shoddy cookie cutter hot tubs. Our jets are custom made from stainless steel by our suppliers in Austria and Germany while our electronic control system features beautiful capacitive glass user interface and our cabinets are as beautiful as the finest Italian furniture. Santosa, ZEN, Fusion, Oasis models feature a compensation tank and infinity style overflow. The main purpose of the compensation tank (aka surge tank) is to collect displaced water when additional bathers enter the spa. The water overflows into the decorative channel that surrounds the lip of the spa. When the bather exits the spa, the water from the balancing tank flows back into the spa.
In some select models like Fusion, ZEN, Wave, Maya the therapy and lighting channels are hidden. Smaller spas like Fusion have one therapy channel, while the larger models like ZEN or Maya there could have 2 or more channels above each other. The channels are the cavity lines where the jets and the lighting system is installed.
Models like Santosa, Fusion, and Zen are based on a sand filtering system, which is very low maintenance and allows for very minimalistic non-intrusive designs. Models like ZEN ACTIVE and Wave have a traditional cartridge filtration system with a skimmer and a headrest that covers the cartridge holder.
Most Aquatica hot tubs can be permanently plumbed in and equipped with proprietary electronic filling and draining system. No more filling with a garden hose! Moreover, our proprietary electronic draining system features a 2” tandem valve system for the spa and compensation tank, ensuring a super-fast draining, which makes our spas especially suitable for yachts and luxury cruise liners.

Most Aquatica spas can be built in or ordered with a beautiful cabinet for portable spa installation.
This compressor driven device allows the recessed spas to be lifted out of their housing with ease for maintenance purposes.
Some models like the Fusion series are available in both bathtub (for use with shampoos/soaps) or hot tub configurations (with filtration and without the option to use soaps). This gives our customers freedom to chose the best use scenario for their bathtub
